7:40pm-8:55pm    Muay Thai (ALL Levels)

9:05pm-10:00pm  Krav Maga ALL Levels

 

WEDNESDAYS

5:25pm-6:20pm (30 Minutes of Elite Conditioning, 30 Minutes of Krav Maga Basics)

7:30pm – 8:55pm  Muay Thai (Advance Blue Shorts/Fighter’s Class)

9:00pm-10:00pm  Krav Maga  (ALL Levels)

 

 

THURSDAYS

10:30am-11:30am Muay Thai Day Class

6:40pm-7:25pm Krav Maga (Purple to Black)

7:35pm-8:30pm Krav Maga (White to Orange)

8:35pm – 10:00pm   Muay Thai (Beginner Level Sparring and Conditioning)

 

FRIDAYS

7:00pm – 8:20pm Conditioning and Krav Maga (ALL Levels)

8:30pm-10:00pm  Muay Thai (ALL Levels)
